Great ending. Worthy of a season finale, actually. It was just as I imagined it from the books. The mutiny at Craster's Keep was also well done.

One thing that shone through in this episode is that the show does just as well as the books in making you feel sorry for characters who used to be *****ebags like Jaime and Theon.

My only disappointment with this episode was the lack of Robb (and Riverrun). That storyline needs to be as front and center as possible.

When you find out what is really going on with Bran and what the three eyed crow really is you won't be saying these scenes are pointless.

When you find out what is really going on with Bran and what the three eyed crow really is you won't be saying these scenes are pointless.

Maybe pointless wasn't the right word. I've read the books so I know where they're going with it, but it just seemed strange that there was no further dialogue or anything between Bran and Jojen afterwards.

Good episode. One thing I'm disappointed in though is they did a rush job of the Night's Watch mutiny. I wanted to see Jeor Mormont have his last words with Sam like in the book. His character deserved it, IMO.

Loved the scene with Cersei and Tywin. She thinks so highly of herself, that she is more like Tywin than either Jaime or Tyrion, yet he just shuts her down.

And of course, the ending was amazing. Even more awesome than when I imagined it while reading.

You mean who's holding him and Brienne right now? It's some of Roose Bolton's bannermen. The prior week's episode that ended with their capture showed them carrying the sigil of House Bolton which Jaime pointed out. The guy who (last week spoiler)[blackout]cut off Jaime's hand[/blackout] his name, Locke, hasn't been mentioned as far as I can recall. But it was confirmed in the "Behind the Episode" clip on YouTube by D.B. Weiss.
