I think that as long as they spread it out, do different things, Star Wars Anthology should be great. A mix of original and classic characters.
Agreed.

I just hope they don't make young Han too noble. By the end of the movie he should be the sort of jaded, self-centered, cynical guy who'd let Leia die rather than try and save her (until he finds out "she's rich") and coldly gun down Greedo without a second thought. The Han we first meet in ANH isn't a super-nice guy, and I hope the writers realize that.
Star Wars San Diego Comic Con Panel 2015 said:I don't know that it's a difference in theme [in comparison to the original trilogy]...it's a development of theme. And it's a natural progression of the [theme] that has occurred from the stories that we told in the first three. And perhaps an emotional rounding of the experience that we all had in the first three films.
Star Wars San Diego Comic Con Panel 2015 said:Chris Hardwick: Harrison, do you have a thought about where Han might have ended up?
Harrison Ford: No. No it never occurred to think about it because I never expected that it would come back... to bless me rather than haunt me. I was... I never thought that we would do another and it was only, you know I was very gratified when I read the script because I read something that I thought was really remarkable, really well-written, and with some very intriguing developments and so I was delighted to be involved and I was very happy to be part of the story and the cast again.
Lawrence Kasdan said:They said, Here are the things that wed like to make movies about, and I said, Oh, well, Han Solo. I would write a movie about Han Solo. Hes always been my favorite. And thats the job that I took.
JJ Abrams said:Its almost like cheating, because you bring Harrison Ford out and they went crazy they love Han Solo. It made me realize that there is a generation of people of characters in this world who may have heard of him, who may not have heard of him at all. What would he mean to people now? And that just struck a nerve for me. So, its certainly part of our story.
Streep and Ford won the evenings two standing ovations, Fords Albert R. Broccoli Britannia Award for Worldwide Contribution To Entertainment closing the show. His new Star Wars: The Force Awakens director J.J. Abrams did the presenting honors and noted the wide range of characters Ford has played not just Han Solo and Indiana Jones. Beyond the new sci-fi epic that threatens to add another couple of billion dollars to Fords worldwide career total of $6 billion, Abrams noted how thrilled he was when his early script Regarding Henry became a Ford movie. There were also taped messages from the likes of Steven Spielberg and George Lucas, who of course have been responsible for Fords biggest hits.
In his acceptance, Ford was his usual humble, measured self. I didnt prepare a speech. I could barely get dressed, he said. I thank J.J. and the others for the kind words they said about me. I am indebted to these people for the opportunities they have given me and the wisdom they have in storytelling and humanity, and what I have been allowed to do. I really wanted to be an actor because I could not imagine myself having a real job and I thought it would be nice to live the lives of many other people, to tell stories, to share emotion, and film has given power, grace, imagination and wisdom to things I have had that opportunity to do. I am very grateful for the life I have had Im humbled. I caught up with Abrams, who is clearly the man of the hour as his Star Wars is anticipated to become perhaps the biggest movie of all time when it is released next month. I told him I am anxious to see it, like everyone else. Well you will be seeing it very soon, he teased and told me he was just thrilled to have been asked to present to his films co-star Ford.
Speaking on the red carpet at Bafta Los Angeless Britannia Awards in Beverly Hills, where he was honoured with the Albert R Broccoli award for worldwide contribution to entertainment, he said: I saw various scenes as they were developed and I saw a bunch of stuff but I havent seen the movie altogether in all its glory with music and all the effects.
Im delighted to have worked with a film craftsman like JJ Abrams, I can see all of his intelligence and wit and craft in the movie and its really good.
I don't believe that in general, but come on, the guy's clearly drunk. And I'm not even saying it's a bad thing.
Bloody hell everytime someone tries to have fun on a talk show they are supposedly drunk.
Hanging out with a Drunk Harrison Ford/ Han Solo/ Indiana Jones would be bucket list material for over 80% of the people here man!
