Judging by the recently released poster, something tells me that we won't be seeing superman in today's trailer much or at all. But it's alright. I just hope that the trailer is decent.

I think the Superman there still may be some Superman, as a surprise tease at the end.

I think the trailer pretty much spoiled that Superman won't be involved with the film until the last act.

Which actually now explains why he's been promoted so little. He really does have a small screen time. Perhaps big by the impact that he makes, but so ****ing small by the actual time that Henry probably spent filming for the thing.

See that scene concerns me. I'm under the impression that the League probably went out to the final battle and thus Superman only joins VERY LATE into the final act, hence Alfred's line about "let's hope that you're not too late".

It pretty much hints that Superman will be pulling a "last minute Goku appearance" where he arrives in the heat of the battle when it looks like all hope is lost and then helps the team defeat the enemy and then be done.

God, man...I am literally fuming right now. Granted, I'm glad that this trailer didn't reveal anything like Superman would be mind controlled.

But now, we're at the other worst option: Essentially a Superman cameo in the final battle.

I mean, what the **** were they thinking? I can't believe that they're really only going to use Superman for the final battle...let alone where he's not present at the beginning of it with the others. No wonder they can't show anything of Superman's footage. He doesn't have much to show in the first place.

I'm done with the DCEU after this. No amount of DC films is worth having to endure waiting for Superman to be in the biggest DCEU ever only to have so ****ing little to do in the end.

Ok now I think those rumours about Parademons trying to take Supermans body from the Kryptonian scout ship are true and I think he does come back alive there but isn't at full strength. So I bet he recuperates on the Batcave and then makes it for the final fight.

Yeah I think this too. I think we will see him before the final battle but he won't be at full strength until then.

After how many years that fans of Superman have waited to see him interact with the league, would they really be satisfied with what is basically a "quicksilver" type of role for him in the third act?

And that's the thing isn't it, THE WHOLE TEAM? The team isn't supposed to be whole until Superman joins them and it looks like he doesn't until the very end. And why do fans like me have to wait longer to see something that should have happened in the first entry?
