lol yeah I dunno why but it makes sense in my mind. You know in movies whenever you see an alien that looks human, they never have curly/rough hair, it's always that gelled up slicked back look.

Whenever I get my hair cut, I need to gel and slick my hair back, otherwise I look like I have an electrified blonde tennis ball on my head.

So. Bren. Alien :D

Clark has to have the better hair; otherwise, Lois doesn't let him in the bath with her ;)

I feel like the slicked back works better on Supes than Clark. I mean, no one has that look anymore and it makes sense for Supes, an alien to have that shiny slicked back, perfect hair.

Yeah, I get what you mean, it works with that godlike aspect of the character to appear almost as a statue with perfectly tidy hair and all... I'd still prefer a more natural looking one though.

Plenty of people use the slicked comb over look today.

Nice to see those set pics again. Brings me back in time.

"I will hug you to your grave! We are friends!"

Really? I'm glad I'm the only one on planet Earth that wears the slick style. It's exactly the way Supes has his hair. I've owned it before Cavill did lol.

Those cool reporter Clark pics really underline how lean as a character he is so far. What is he knowledgeable about, how opinionated is he, how would he handle situations that require mucho social intelligence and zero powers. He's jumping from his Man of Steel arc into this job that's all about displaying smarts and defined social skills, the filling in required is pretty big. An upgrade in character content for the Clark side of things that I'd imagine Cavill appreciated.

Well it's been three years. Plus the journey of Clark n MOS was all about his character and learning his origin and then confronting that and what it meant when Zod and crew came to the planet.

I really liked these parts in the cross fire book:

The description of his powers were very detailed. It sounds like Cavill's Superman will only grow stronger in the future.
He's undoubtedly the strongest Hero in the DCEU.

He's kinda the most powerful of the current headlining marquee heroes in CBMS. MCU Hulk and Thor are kinda Nerfed in comparison... Which is a shame since they too should be ungodly powered. Hopefully Clark listened to Jor-el and has kept "testing his limits".

Nice to see that the erection (simmer down Sawyer) of the statue took years as I was thinking.

It's funny... for all the flack that this version of Lex Luthor has gotten from the fanbase, this (so far) seems to be the most comic book-accurate portrayal of (Post-Crisis/Birthright) Lex we've ever gotten.

Lots of fans hold the DCAU as the "definitive" version of the character or were impressed with Rosenbaum as Lex, so any deviation from that is unthinkable.

I know. It's almost like 90% of comic nerds are knee-jerky *****elords who throw tantrums when adaptations deviate even slightly from their preconceived notions of how a character should be portrayed. :o

I was always suspicious of that BvS is set six months after MOS rumor.
