And the elements the FlyBy suit does have look ****ing stupid. Sculpted, shiny, blue, Jon Peters approved, muscles? Are you kidding me?

Even though the MOS suit is trunk less it looks good but the Flyby suit is really plastic looking. It does look like a retooled Batman Suit. I'm really glad it was never used, such a shame it looks like that cause the colours are spot on.

For some reason I like that FlyBy suit. It has my favorite shade of blue and would look complete with a cloth cape.

That said, I can see why some people hate it. The shiny plastic texture screams, "action figure".

It really does. It's almost like the Sonar Suit from Batman Forever, and it wouldn't surprised me if they just pulled out concept art of an unused Batsuit design and made the necessary changes.

I have to kind of agree with you that it would be interesting to see the finished suit, the R&D looked like it was a ton of fun. At least it was something completely different.
