I really hope so... watching TDK again recently, and think everytime I watch Ledger's performance I like it more and more.
However, a comic accurate Joker is what i've been waiting to see on screen. The Arkham Asylum game is a great portrayal too... so anything along those lines would be amazing! t:

Junkie XL is doing the Batman score for BvS, so he could possibly could also do Joker's? Especially if Zimmer had similar feelings about approaching Joker's theme as he did with Batman's, and finding it difficult to reinvent himself. (I can't find the exact quote but I think it was something along those lines)
