I think he' s telling Harley about his origin, and we will see it in flashbacks. Later in the movie Harley' s is going to ask Joker to 'baptise' her in the same Chemical.

The worst is when a casual sees Leto joker and says "isn't he supposed to have cuts on his cheeks?"

I have yet to hear that one, but that would indeed be my reaction.

BTW i'm interested to see colin farrell's john constantine if that does end up happening, but my fingers are kinda crossed for ewan mcgregor .

Yeah, I haven't heard that one either, but I remember back when Batman Begins came out, a bunch of people said to me, "I thought the Joker killed his parents."

I'm surprised there hasn't been more talk about this. I'd wager there will be multiple flashbacks serving as a summation of Joker's rise to notoriety, told via Joker's therapy sessions with Harleen.

And that's most definitely a Romero-inspired smile. All that's missing is the moustache.

Because there's no weight to it. It's a far away, low quality shot where 'Damaged' and the 'J' could easily have been blended in the pixel quality.

I actually wasn't referring to those (as the body tattoos are there anyway), I'm speaking of the likelihood that we'll see a "younger" Joker in the days where he's taking over Gotham.

Maybe it's not as exciting to others, but I'd love to see that era (even in a montage) as it hasn't been covered in live-action yet. Nicholson and Ledger were technically still in their rookie season.

Oh, well yeah, I thought it was pretty obvious we're getting some of 'younger' Joker, leading up to him re-birthing Harley, and then fast forward to her today in SS.
I don't see us getting a whole Red Hood backstory though; a snippet of it at most.

Under the Red Hood

Assault on Arkham

For me, the best one is the one from Under the Red Hood. It's a different Joker voice, but it's one that totally works (for me, at least). I get chills every time I hear, "I'm going to be the only one who gets what he wants tonight!" Pure, unadulterated insanity.

The worst one for me would have to be the Assault On Arkham one. It's basically a Mark Hamill imitation. Don't get me wrong, it's a good imitation, but if you can't get Mark Hamill to do the voice, then I would prefer a different take.

I was getting ready to post that pic. I found that exact pic online and zoomed in as far as I could before it became grainy and it's hard to tell if he is wearing his grill or not. Looking at the shape of the teeth, it doesn't seem to be there...if we are getting multiple versions of the joker in this movie....this is going to be something special.
