That video was awesome. I'm really excited to see where they take this Joker.

after batmnan begins ending i was super excited to see that card and i thought of a more mature jack nicholson joker with some of the fun gadgets but always with a brutal twist and a circus lair. That he would be very pale and skinny nd just creepy to watch.
None of those following interpretations matched my vision of how the joker would look like in real life...some of the bat in the sun and other fan films are still closer to what he should look like. Here's the newest version...

I'm so excited to see some footage hopefully at comic con. Can't wait to hear the voice and see the performance really come to life. The set pics and vids are perfect![]()
I'm talking about his tattoos, and more specifically, his teeth. I suppose grills would count as makeup, not costume.
I respectfully disagree. Just like bad writing, directing, lighting, etc. If done poorly, costume/makeup design, can distract, and even take away from an otherwise good performance.
I want to like it and I really hope it works on film. But from the footage and images I've seen, I'm just not liking the tattoos and teeth of the joker.

I'm going to make an unpopular statement. I don't care if we ever see The Red Hood origin again. I like not knowing who The Joker is or why he looks the way he does. I understand it's been there since 1951, but I love the "multiple choice" idea Moore came up with.
FixedNot a fan of that play-doh Joker, tbh.

People are ****ing dumb haha. And the "not my" comments whenever any character doesn't look the way someone wants are ridiculous.
This Joker has money moneyThe car. The clothing. The tattoos, even. He reminds me of a Joker that's going through a midlife crisis![]()
