Well he's currently in the wrong country. So if he's just stepping out he's got some miles to make up.
Do someone think that he goes out when not filming because wanting to be alone for establishing his method acting more?
PS. Just a question.
Well, not all the time, he can have his free moments, but when he "practices" for the part and enter to the character's traits to understand it better for his performance. That's not new from Leto being method... past roles, specially DBC proves the point that Leto put a lot of effort into his characters.I'm pretty sure he goes out when not filming because he's a person.
I don't think it's in human nature to want to be cooped up anywhere for extended periods.
Also I brought that up, because I've seen this.

I know, it's probably clickbait "fan-fiction", but however I find it interesting.

I wouldn't be so sure about that.Based of the shots of Leto on the street he seems pretty care-free and just himself aside from the hair.
)I don't recall anyone other than The Guard claiming as a certainty that the tattoos were definitely just a 75th anniversary thing. Some of the rest of us thought it might be possible.

Yeah I know Leto is a method actor but in my other point so was Heath, and he apparently went into a really dark and in the end destructive place trying to method act as the Joker. I'm sure Leto is very aware of that.

His performance did not contribute to his death if that's what you're alluding to. He died several months after TDK wrapped.
I don't buy that whole "the role drove him crazy" rumor that persists to this day. In all the interviews Heath gave around that time he talks about how he had the time of his life playing the Joker and said that it was "the most fun I've ever had playing a character".Well around the time he was filming for The Dark Knight is when he started having sleeping problems and is when he started taking pills for it which is what led to his eventual overdose. While not directly connected to his performance in The Dark Knight it isn't a crazy assumption that taking on a role like The Joker could have been a heavy contributing factor to his sleeping issues. He was a method actor and it was more than likely a huge pressure on him psychologically to get it right.

Yeah he had personal problems which led to his death, but I don't think it had anything to do with playing the Joker...a character which he clearly had a lot of fun with.
