Are there any other bald men we can suggest?
I think it was a combo of alcohol and anger management.
I seriously doubt Diane Lane wants to work with him. Im sure they could work out a schedule that they could avoid each other but still.

Im kinda digging the thought of Joel Edgerton for Lex.
I forgot about that. Are they divorced yet, or still in the process?
Nobody cares about the Oldboy remake. It will all come down to whether WB was impressed by his fighting skills in the hallway scene in Oldboy.
I like that idea too. I suggested it a while back after watching The Great Gatsby but it didn't really gain any traction.
Im not too sure. They would have to see each other during promotional events, I really can't see it happening.

He's worked with Snyder. He also has this arrogance to him at times and yet can be extremely charming. Might not be a big enough name though.
I know you're actually serious but I don't want to believe it. He actually said that? And that's what his blind followers don't want to admit, he didn't just say Brolin was being considered for the role he practically said that Brolin had the role. He was wrong and that's okay but he shouldn't be treated like some sort of geek god.I know. I was just poking fun at El Mayimbe there. He actually said that the hallway scene in that movie was what "convinced" WB to cast him as Batman in this movie.
He lost a LOT of credibility with that (though some would argue he never had any in the first place).
"BRUCE WILLIS CAST AS LEX LUTHOR."
I hope they don't get too hung up on having a big name. He's a recognizable and versatile actor that could shine in the role, and that should be all that matters. I hope they're not only targeting megastars for this, because it's giving me nightmares that I'll wake up to the news "BRUCE WILLIS CAST AS LEX LUTHOR."

NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
People have mentioned Synder's casting choices and I had never really noticed that before, but I admit when watching his movies I never feel someone is out of place. I may not like them as an actor, but they fit.
This again is why I'm hoping he makes a bold choice for Lex and surprises us with someone that may be unexpected.
I agree.
I'd just love to hear about anyone that's up for the role so we can get an idea of what they are looking for. Young, old, fit?
If Lex is even a part of it, though I'd bet he will be. I can see them wanting to stick with the Crowe, Costner template of big award winners though. Especially when you have people like Hanks publicly stating they would love a role like this.

Those followers yelled at me when I questioned the Brolin news. I wish people just pointed and laughed at them. I told them if Brolin was not cast as Batman like they said he would be that I would never let it go. And I am most assuredly never letting it go.Does El Mayimbe actually have followers?
I thought people just see what he has to say for a laugh, like we all do![]()
Tom Hanks said he wants to play Lex. Wow... I didn't know that. He's great actor...but NO to Tom Hanks.
I want him for Aquaman. And i'm dead serious about that.
