I'm not setting myself up for anything because I highly doubt he'll be chosen since he isn't famous or young enough. Or at least I feel WB would go for someone more famous and younger.

If he was chosen and played Luthor like he did Kane in Boss (but PG-13, whatever that means these days), I'd actually fear for Superman's life.

Yes instead of getting another one of those pesky good actors for Lex lets get the guy from bad straight to DVD or T.V movies! That's the ticket to making the next movie a success creatively and financially.
