Thanks. I can practically HEAR her singing "Poor Unfortunate Souls". Plus, she can be a half-CGI, half practical. Ursula may be a bulky character, but doesn't necessarily mean we need a similar kind of actress to match that.

If you read my post vouching for Gaga, I said that Ursula can easily be a CGI creation if needed with her doing the voice. Maybe they can either mo-cap her or do what they did with Genie and have Gaga be fully human on set for the parts later in the movie when she's in disguise as "Vanessa". Remember that bit?

Also, don't forget: she was also on American Horror Story on one season as a major role. She CAN do creepy and cunning.
