TASM and TDKR China totals were harmed when both movies were released the same week.

Yea that's never going to happen. I know you want PR to be this huge film but its not. It was a lackluster movie that is going to need some miracle work OS to even break even. MOS beats it by a mile and even with a late opening in Japan it will still do well.

I have noticed this movie is performing kind of like Fast 6 in the BO, although it is doing better domestically than Fast 6.

Indeed if it gets to or over 700 mill then that's great but those saying this isn't a hit need to look at the numbers and realise it really is a hit.

I think cause Avengers n such have blown the BO out of the water too many people think anything under 800 mill is a flop. They fail to realise that these films like Dark Knight and Avengers were sequels and those two examples were like lightning in a bottle or batmania (probably a better example). MOS 2 may be that for Superman but if not and that gets a 600-700 million box office I'm pretty sure WBs will be happy with a film that makes well near or just over thrice its budget.
