Marvel Heroclix

I have the Surfer now. The Galactus-Surfer. I traded my limited edition Supergirl for him, and it was a great trade, since Wizard World Texas ain't for another four months or so.

He is so frikkin' beautiful - that photo does NOT do him justice. I also got my hands on a Sauron - one of the best Heroclix sculpts ever.

I finished my Hero Clix Baxter Building, except for the silo, I'll try to get pictures up in the next couple of days if anyone is interested.

Is the pack of four the smallest?

only for Infinity Challenge, Clobberin Time, Xplosion, Critical Mass, and Ultimates.

Universe has sets of 2 and sets of 4. Dont buy the sets of 2 b/c u wont get good stuff.

if anyone is interested, the newest Inquest has a whole section on Marvel Ultimates and more on HC

Today I got my first Heroclix! I got a two pack! Inside I got Viper and Vulture!

never get 2 packs. they suck. and ur pulls prove it.

Oh well. I didn't have the money to get a four pack. I had $15, and I bought Rotocast Movie Hulk, and I decided to get my first Hero Clix with what I had left.

I finished it! I finished my Baxter Building, I decided to leave the silo off... at least for now.

Looks up and realizes he has four posts in a row...

I'm sure most of you have noticed the fact that the building is put together like one of those 3-d Puzzled, I did this because I need to be able to take it apart and store it when I am not playing the game.

Also, the building can be separated in three parts so you can have three separate buildings when you play if you want to. (This happens at each of the "ledges")

I need to make a bigger map for this to go on though...

I made the "skin" of the building in photoshop and then I mounted that on Foam Core board.

You can get foam core board pretty much at any type of store like Shopko or Fred Meyer or Target.

Thanks! I need to get photo shop! I've been working on a city for my 12" Figures, and it is pretty cool!

12" Figures? How tall are the buildings for that?

Tonight I'll probably play Heroclix with my fiancee and we'll figure out some special rules for damage that gets taken if a person falls off the top of that thing, or how battles work on the ledges.

dude, ur baxter building is so awesome!!! it looks great even w/o the silo. Just remember with the daily bugle that its a right triangle (1 diagonal side)

Thanks. I may have to wait a few weeks to do the Bugle though, I need access to a color printer... (I had to cheat on the Baxter building and use a colored pencil... thank goodness it is mostly white)

After that I don't know what I'll make... maybe Peter Parker's Aparment building... (the one with the bathroom skylight)
First thing I want to do though is make a bigger map....

they sell individual maps with other accessories seperately if that helps

I saw some of those. Some are nifty, others... not so much. I'll probably just make my own maps, because for me that's well over half the fun of this game.

As I said:

SO FAR

I still have to get more. I was just saying those are what WILL be on the team.
