When Kaiden acted like a dick in ME2 when he found out I was working for Cerebus, I really wanted a dialog option like "I should've left you behind too."

have they said if ME3 will have an interactive comic that covers the events and choices of ME1 and ME2 for new players who want to start ME3 fresh?

I think so... Not 100% sure. However you should totally just get ME1 and 2.

I start playing it.......but then I always seem to lose interest after the 1st mission.........lol.

and now Skyrim comes out next week..........

and I'm getting back into DA2.......and DAO.........

but ME2 is definitely on my to-do list.......lol.

I might play Skyrim if my buddy who works at an undisclosed location gets me a copy for free.

I cannot wash the taste of **** left in my mouth by Oblivion and Fallout 3.

Does anyone know if, when you go to import your game into Mass Effect 3, it's pulling data from both previous games separately? Or is your ME1 data contained with ME2 and it's just going to import from there?

Eeeeegh, I couldn't imagine enjoying DAO more than ME2... Maybe that's just me though. I fully plan on playing ME1 and ME2 right before ME3's release. Probably in Jan.

well, I tend to prefer medieval fantasy / sword and sorcery type games vs sci fi setting games.......but that's just me.

I do too, but I think the ME franchise is way better than the DA franchise. The story in ME is just better to me.

Different kinds of stories. It isn't quite as simple as one being better than the other without a lot of quantifying, at which point it's a futile exercise anyway.

Unfortunately, I made a mistake in ME1 and did not choose Ashley (because I was attempting a 3-way with Ashley and Liara). I wonder if I still have a chance with Ashley in the last ME game, although I must admit right now I'm preferring Miranda due to Yvonne Strahovski.

I tried getting in a relationship with both human girls. But then they acted like a b**** to me & my Shepard was all like "Lol going with a nice alien girl". So I ended up with Liara & Tali, I'll probably keep my relationship with Tali since she's my favorite female game character. Unless, she does something ******ed in ME3 that is.

I have been wondering about the multiplayer character that you can create in Mass Effect 3 - considering most people have more than one play through from the previous games, and the multiplayer missions can directly impact the single player campaign, does this mean you will need to create a new multiplayer character for every file you import over from ME1/ME2? Or will the multiplayer character simply be chosen at the start of a match (you chose your species and class, then fight)?
I doubt I will play the multiplayer much anyway - once the novelty of being the alien species wears off I will most likely abandon it, especially if they are just Shepard clones with new skins.

I only have two play-throughs: Good Shep and Evil Kick-Ass Fem Shep.

I only have two playthroughs into ME2, with only one being a definite move into ME3. I have my FemShep who crushes anything that gets in her way - she's definitely going forward. And then I have a regular John Shepard Adept who's a human supremacist, and surprisingly primarily Paragon.

I want to have a few more, but I've played through ME so many times I get bored unless I'm really focused.
