I dont know why they had to change her. They should have just kept it the same for consistencies sake
 
They're going to be using FemShep in the marketing more and they want a more detailed face to show off than the old default, there is for example a FemShep trailer that's coming down the line.

they should have done a more detailed look of the original femShep, not willing to go and change her up completely. At least this one is semi-close to the original than some of the other choices

anyways........Redhead Shep looks good, too.

I just hope they let you modify the default Sheps this time......

but, I rarely use the defaults anyways.

I'll prob end up using my fav ME2 face codes........wonder how they will look in ME3.......

I'm glad that there are more power evolution options.

hope we won't be "locked" into one path over the other ones, though.

oh cool!!

so, you can "mix and match" the different evolution paths based on how YOU want your character to evolve?

so, if you wanted a more "well rounded" character with a little bit from each path for a certain power, you can do that?

Being that I only use, and only ever plan on using default Shep, I too hope that we can modify them a bit. I think I read that you will be able to.....?
 
also, have the devs mentioned if we will be able to evolve/upgrade the new heavy melee attacks?

I can understand not being able to change the facial structure.......

but something like the hair/eye color or hair style.......I don't see why those aspects can't be customized on the default Shep........

that's true......lol

but it would be nice if we could still use it as a template to customize our own Shep.

especially when you like everything about the default Shep, except one or 2 details like hair color, eye color, etc.

You can change default Hawke in DA2. Giving default Shep a few tweaks (hair/beard) shouldn't be an issue.
 
Barely, you could choose if you wanted that paint streak on his face or not. But hey, that's a tiny step in the right direction. :p
 
That isn't changing default Hawke. That's choosing a second preset of default Hawke.
 
That wallpaper is awesome, we just need one of both male and female Sheps in one wallpaper and that would be amazing
 
I prefer the concept artist's rendition of new default FemShep. That's my background. :awesome:
