So it looks like the Emily Wong twitter feed ended.

SHE DIED LIKE A ****ING BAD ASS. Wow. That was amazing.

Word. Amazon has shipped my N7 edition. Damn I'm ready for this game.

Just popping in to pay my respects to [blackout]Emily Wong[/blackout].

Gotta say, that was one of the best bits of viral marketing I've ever seen. It was emotionally compelling. I made a twitter account to follow it. When I joined there were I think 9,000 some followers (this was this morning). There are now 18,000. Really well done, Bioware!

Enjoy the launch everyone. :)

[blackout]You want to see how a human dies!?!? At ramming speed![/blackout] :woot:

Reading those tweets feels almost like watching Cloverfield. Such a cool bit of marketing.

I feel like my ME3 experience just got improved significantly. I have personal context now. Damn REAPER BASTARDS. :cmad:

The twitter was apparently trending at #2 worldwide. Wow, not bad for a minor side character with two fetch quests.

As I said, spoilers don't really affect me. It's always been that way. It's not like it ruins anything. The player didn't customize his armor, his weapons, take time to talk to other characters, he was just speed playing. Nothing I saw diminished the excitement for me, it only increased exponentially. I don't think it's something that should be demonized.:o
Not something I would do but I can understand it. The only spoilers I don't need to know are deaths of main characters, Sixth Sense like twists and the ending. As with you, anything else only increases my excitement and never dampens my overall experience when I play through myself. Also not that anyone seems to be really criticising but do whatever you want dude. It's up to you how you want to enjoy a game and the lead up to it.

That was the first time I've actually been interested in something like this. It'd be interesting if the ANN picks up after the game has launched, showing what happens after Shepard has left Earth.

Awww.
Now who will my FemShep smack around?

It looks like people from Bioware are keeping it going with #solcomms. They keep posting pictures of cities and other places with Reapers. It's very Orson Welles' War of the Worlds broadcast-ish.
