I feel like the mean tweets, the FTC complaints, etc undermine the fans who have legitimate concerns and are just childish.

That's what you get for trying to give fans something good.

Oh man Liara is awful as a squad member. Her health is so low compared to the other characters that she always tends to fall down in battle fast.

I found her stasis and ability to set off quick warp bombs was pretty fantastic.

See I found that to be the case early in the game... but after I'd leveled everyone up a bit I lost use for her. Found far more use in other character's tech powers than Liara's biotic ones.

Well the people doing the Tweeting and filling the complains presumably DO have legitimate concerns. At least most of 'em. Some folks are just taking cheap shots.

Oh crap I just completed a bunch of N7 missions to get items for Citadel missions but I just fonud out that those acnt be completed bc I did the stuff at Tunchanka. Good thing I save alot and will try to find one before that mission, but it sucks that I just lost several hours of gameplay

Yeah...

It's kind of a nasty curveball they throw at you there, basically killing all uncompleted side-missions as soon as you start Tu'Chanka.

And speaking of Tu'Chanka...

Was I the only player that seriously considered siding with the Salarians?

Nope hahah it was a really tough call. When Eve asked me what was wrong I took a second to think, and I was gonna tell them but got interrupted. So I got more time to think about it and met Wrex's brother... lol but I decided to cure it anyway. It was the right thing to do, the krogan paid their price. I trusted that Wrex and Eve would be strong enough to take on any opposition, and pass on their ideals on to the next generation.

It didn't matter anyway since they're trapped in the Sol system now. Yay!

If you miss any items you're supposed to pick up you can buy them from the store. Like, I missed dog tags when I went to the N7 mission on Benning. I was checking through all the stores in the shuttle bay and found them there for 1050 credits. I think you should be able to buy them even if you didn't go on the missions.

A spoilery clip that was cut from the end of the game.

I really want to unlock a Krogan soldier so bad, hopefully I get lucky soon.

If you can't rally the fleet as Legion is uploading the code, Legion and Tali kill themselves.

I'm not sure if there's a way to get Legion to live but I saw that outcome coz I forgot to do the geth database mission lol... yeah, I reloaded my last save and lost an hour of game time. There's no way I was going to have that happen in my definitive playthrough. :o

Tali and Legion didn't really keep in touch but she does have a soft spot for him if you bring peace to the quarian and geth. Legion was criminally underused in both games. :(

thanks!

Yeah. That seems to back up what was reported in that Final Hour e-book or whatever. that there was going to be a scene where you see your teammates get blasted and die.

but, perhaps it was for the best that they took that out. cuz it would have been even more confusing if one of those squadmates then stepped off the Normandy during the Jungle Planet scene at the end.......lol

yeah........the ultimate way for fans/consumers to protest is by "voting" with their wallets. Stop buying the games, DLC, etc. from said company. Stop giving them your money.

that's what I'm doing until I see how exactly they will deal with this whole thing.

Can someone tell me if the out of sync audio gets worse as the game continues, or is that just me?

The script that leaked in November fleshes that out a bit. Apparently right before the death charge at the beam Shepard was going to be presented with a choice of whether or not to bring his team...

I'm going to guess that's the result if he asks them to follow?

From what's been pieced together so far, it seems like that would have happened in the "original" ending, and rather than getting blasted himself Shepard was going to reach the beam thanks to a save from the Normandy (it's final appearance - not sure if it was going to blow up or not), and then reach the Citadel himself (healthy and fully equipped).

There, he was going to actually fight the Illusive Man as a Reaper Monster.

Then everything else would have played out as was. The three choices, etc.

I ran into some glitches throughout the game where a character would start talking... but not actually be depicted on the screen. It'd just be like a shot of wall where the character was supposed to be standing.

interesting......

were the exact same 3 choices ( Destroy, Control, and Synthesis ) and the Catalyst/Star-Child present in the original script leak?

I don't think I used her at all aside from the missions where it was necessary. My squad for the whole game was pretty much EDI and Vega. The Incinerate and Carnage combo really helped me put out waves of enemies really quickly.

I didn't really notice it as much as I did with ME2.

I've been running Garrus and Liara the whole game so far (almost 20 hours), keeping the originals together.

Nah I was like screw them. [BLACKOUT]I was loyal to Wrex considering we go back to the first game. Plus I really couldnt stand the Dalatrass. I will side with the Salarains in my second playthrough as my female Shep had Wrex killed[/BLACKOUT]

On a side note 20 hours into the game and I just found out you could assign quick commands to your squad's powers using the left and right directional buttons

I was really conflicted because Wrex's behavior and talk of expanding was making me nervous. It wasn't until the very end that I told Mordin what was going on - probably the best dilemma in the whole series if you ask me.

Is this an issue with the PS3 version (again)? Or all issues of the game?

I'm experiencing this on the 360. And it's happening very early on, so far I just finished Mars. I had Audio that would start several seconds later, people moving as if they were talking, yet no sound, the Illusive Man's holo somehow twisted his right arm into an impossible position, the camera would clip through the surroundings as I'd take cover, so suddenly I saw the outside of Mars.

Ha, I didn't even think about it

Wrex is MAH BOI. Anything to help out him or Garrus, and I'm all for it. Like MC said, between Wrex and Eve, I'm fairly certain that the future for the Krogan, at that time, was bright.

But then.....

:csad:

Wow. These people are pathetic. I mean i truly feel sorry for them. The fact that their lives are so bad, that they get worked up this much over a f'ing video game is about as sad as you can get. And gamers wonder why there are so many stigmas attached to them. Well, there ya go.

A business potentially at the very least misled you on the product you were getting and the consumer leads a pathetic life? Why do you think it is fair that consumers are not allowed to share their frustration?
