yeah.....just say......."sorry. can't comment at this time."

or just disable your twitter feed.....or whatever.

Meh. I guess I'm just not as upset by it as everyone else, in large part because I don't follow any of them. I honestly don't care about what people from the company are Tweeting. We know we're getting DLC, and at this point there's a very good chance that eventually there'll be something in it that deals with the ending. How... we won't know for some time. Months. Whatever they Tweet changes none of those things.

I think at this point you're right - the fervor for something is undeniable. Its the single biggest subject being talked about right now. Will it be what people are asking for? Just guessing here- but I don't think it will be a total overhaul. It might not even be something that directly incorporates into the ending itself. Hard to say.

But I think at some point Bioware will release something.

Was he the major who was with Anderson because I thought the voices were similar but they really didn't look alike.

Yeah, he mentions being stuck in Big Ben for several days.

I think it's safe to say that IF there's anything DLC that deals directly with the ending it'll be designed to provide some clarity and closure - but not in any way, shape or form be an overhaul. Not even close.

Yep, he's in the game. Shows up at the end with Anderson; sounds like Zaeed mixed with Jason Statham.

Did anyone else lol at the awkward pause after Anderson was like "I was born in London..."

Sounds about right to me.

And honestly at some point you've got to think somebody at Bioware's going to say "Hey, we've got ALL these people that want some kind of Endgame DLC and would pay for it..."

And lets face it, a crapload of fans would. They'd complain about it the whole way. But they'd also pay for it.

Hell, I'd pay for it, I will admit that - I am deep down the rabbit hole. We'll see how it all goes down in the end over the course of the next 2-3 months I suppose.

hey, thanks guys!!

and you know what......

I think in a few months ( or maybe even in a few weeks ), once Bioware does come out and officially address the situation, we are going to look back on this period and say that Bioware either pulled off something ******* brilliant in terms of marketing and creating buzz/demand for "more" ME content..............

or.........the whole thing just blew up in their face and they really screwed this up.........

I guess time will tell...............

Does anyone know the exact amount of war assets needed to obtain the "best" ending without touching the MP?

You need either 4,000 Effective Military Score and [BLACKOUT] Stop Illusive Man from shooting Anderson the second time [/BLACKOUT] OR 5,000 to get it without [BLACKOUT] stopping Illusive Man from executing Anderson. [/BLACKOUT]

Not gonna lie...with any other game in the universe, I wouldn't. But for Mass Effect, I certainly would pay for it.

God damn that's 8000 in assets :( I've played 1 match and got my readiness level up to 54% but I don't really see me playing multiplayer a lot, and apparently I do have to just to maintain it, grr

From what I heard, you only need to play about 15 or so matches online to get it up to 100%. I haven't had access to the MP since I'm renting but I heard that boosts up the rating pretty fast.

Spend like 2 hrs playing the MP and ull be at like 90%. It's an easy way to boost that, plus the MP is reslly damn fun.

Im about 18 hours in and while its a great game, Im not loving it as much as I did ME2. Im really not feeling my crew and not getting as attached to the new characters. I miss my ME2 gang and upset that they so far only seem to make brief cameos and dont actually become squadmates. ME2 new characters >>>> ME3 new characters. Only one Im really liking is Vega. Even the assistant seems like a poor replacement for Kelly

Yea I agree the squad was a lot better last go round. Thane and Legion were the s**t. Altho I loved all of the previous members cameos, thought they were all great. ME2 easily had the best squad of the series.

Woooooow.

I really hope the indoctrination theory is true because they're just f**kin with everybody's head.

Bioware:

Like I said yesterday: "True ending coming in June! only $15!"

by the way, was the significance of london explained in the game?

[blackout]through the game anderson kept saying that something big is happening in london, the reapers were gathering in london, he's taking his resistance forces to london, etc....was it ever explained why london was relevant?[/blackout]

lots of speculation from everyone

Whether you're happy or angry at the ending, know this: it is an ending. BioWare will not do a "Lost" and leave fans with more questions than answers after finishing the game, Gamble promised.
"You'll get answers to everything. That was one of the key things. Regardless of how we did everything, we had to say, yes, we're going to provide some answers to these people."
- Michael Gamble, Feb 2, 2012

This story arc is coming to an end with this game. That means the endings can be a lot more different. At this point we’re taking into account so many decisions that you’ve made as a player and reflecting a lot of that stuff. It’s not even in any way like the traditional game endings, where you can say how many endings there are or whether you got ending A, B, or C.
