Eh, its basically out of nothing. The ultimate source is "some dude on Marvel.com who probably doesn't really care about the distinction between different continuities."

Well they did mention White Tiger in Jessica Jones.

Netflix Rumored To Be Considering Marvel's White Tiger For New Series

Put it on the pile with all the other rumors. I wouldn't be opposed to the idea, but let's keep in mind that there have been rumors of:

Moon Knight (probably the most repeated rumor)
Daughters of the Dragon
Ghost Rider
Freakin' Spider-Man 2099 (yes, this was a rumor I saw)
I think I remember even seeing a Ms. Marvel Netflix rumor, although I may have been mixing that up with something else.

Unless there are signs that they'll produce more shows per year (which, frankly, isn't in Netflix's interests) or that some shows aren't getting second seasons, I don't think they can afford to do too many more.

White tiger could still show up in season 2 of jessica jones.

Any ideas what Marvel announces at NYCC?

Yeesh, now I have to get Hulu... Actually, last I was there I didn't have to pay. Is that still the case? The only problem was the annoying commercials.

Saw Wonder Boys today and totally forgot RDJ was in it. That means Hank Pym and Tony Stark have already been on screen together. And Tobey Maguire is also in it, so I guess in some alt-universe, Spider-man also was already on screen with Iron Man.

IM confused why they arent putting Runaways on Netflix.

Or is it not apart of the MCU

Its almost certainly part of the MCU. Its not on Netflix either because Netflix wasn't interested in doing the show, while Hulu was; or because they want to maintain "house styles", and Runaways shouldn't have nearly the same tone as the Defenders stuff.

With Cap on the run now would be a good time to introduce U.S Agent to the MCU.

Why would they "introduce" the Secret Avengers, when they kind of already have? Cap's current team *are* the "Secret Avengers" in function.

Wouldn't Cap's team be closer to the New Avengers? The Secret Avengers were essentially working for SHIELD, weren't they?

Test screenings positive? That sounds like Disney paying off fans again. :o LOL

I'm taking all those 4chan rumors with a grain of salt large enough to kill me.
