Most disappointing movie of 2012? (so far)

I say the forums because I haven't found one person outside of the forums that preferred TDK over TDKR. I keep being told that TDKR was a solid conclusion and Nolan's trilogy only got better and better by each installment. Honestly, I feel people pay too much attention of Ledger's performance. Don't get me wrong, Ledger's Joker was brilliant, but I believe Nolan tried more with TDKR's story and made it more complex than TDK, which was much more simple. And even being complex, the story worked and was very powerful.

Half my friends and acquaintances like it more than TDK, half don't, one hates it (but because he interprets it as anti-communist/anarchist propaganda). I hate to use RT and in no way do I advocate its validity regarding quality, but in terms of cold numbers, TDKR wasn't liked as much as TDK. Some days ago TDKR and TDK had the same rating in IMDb (8.9) and just 10 seconds ago TDKR is at 8.8, and it's 500.000 voters behind TDK.

I think TDKR > TDK, but it's pretty clear to me that we ARE in the minority.
