I really don't see where they've ever given any indication that Chloe will meet an early demise. I know they gave her an insane mother, but I think it was simply to help make her sympathetic towards Clark for having a secret to keep.. I guess we'll have to wait and see. The thought has never crossed my mind that they'd kill her though.

here are the 2 things that would piss me off if they did it on smallville :

1-Erase Lex's memory so he has no clue about Clark being different

2-Kill Chloe cuz she knows too much and doesnt really exist in Superman lore.

I think they just ask that it not be posted on other websites, not necessarily message boards. When folks here disseminate the information, K-Site is credited as the source, and I think that's all they really care about.

As to Chloe and her ultimate demise, I *hope* she isn't offed in some way at the end of the show. There's no reason she can't be added to the big picture (Superman mythos) after SV ends. I think it's flawed logic to assume she has to end up like every FOTW who learns Clark's secret because he has friends (now and later) that do know about him and are fine with that knowledge. Will Lana have to be offed after she finds out? No. Will Lois? Of course not. Pete is still alive, and for that matter so are Clark's parents and even Dr. Willowbrook. In the comics, I believe Dr. Hamilton is still alive and well, and the whole Justice League is clued in, right? Wonder Woman, Batman, etc. Chloe knowing makes for some very interesting storytelling, so I hope she stays in Clark's life in some capacity.

well, i dont know if she should be researching anything at the FoS, simply cuz it holds the key to ultimate knowledge, Lex was after it, among many others. It has the ability to corroupt and could cause famine, war and the worlds ultimate destruction as Jor El put it. She already has control issues, I think the only one who needs to be there is Superman, seeing as its his Fortress of SOLITUDE.

You're both right. The FOS is Clark's place, but I was just thinking about some of the other Superman stories I've read, not many. Doesnt Dr. Hamilton assist Superman in some way in the FOS.

I thought perhaps Chloe could take on that sort of role, monitoring things going on around the planet and then researching them in some way. I dont think she should be researching the universe stuff, that is meant for Clark only, as Jor-el says.

I'm just trying to think of ways for her not to die, not be part of the Metropolis world, but still part of Clark's life. I dont think she can just go away, the only reason they could do that with Pete is because every one knows that he is part of the future of Superman as Lex's side kick.

No no no no no...thats only IF a normal human being PUT ALL 3 STONES TOGETHER.

Who knows...maybe the death of chloe will make clark realize that his secret HAS to stay a secret...hence a disguise.

I dunno about that, what could possibly happen if humans put it togeather that would be different then it leading them to the fortress of solitude? The fortress holds the knowledge of the universe. The point was lex was searching for that knowledge. If he found it, he'd use it not for the good of humanity, but for selfish reasons, which in turn would cause famine, war and earths destruction. A human putting the stones togeather isnt going to blow up the world, its what they'd do with the knowledge that would kill us all.

A human putting the stones togeather isnt going to blow up the world, its what they'd do with the knowledge that would kill us all.

Some kind of weird kryptonian thing...who knows. But Jor-El DID say that only if the 3 stones were brought together by a human being. For clark, its obvious the stones are forming the FOS. But for a human, maybe a nuclear reaction or something...who knows.

But yea, the FOS looks REALLY familiar CANT WAIT!!

As has been suggested at Ksite, Lexmas is probably a working title. It is supposed to be a Lexcentric episode.

But Smallville never screen the episode titles, so most people wont even know.

For some reason, I don't think TPTB are going to keep "Lexmas" as the title. It could be just a working title because SV episode titles tend to be pretty straightforward. Remember, for the longest time, it was speculated the episode "Onyx" was going to be called "Lexes."

They already had Dr. Hamilton on Smallville, season 1 or 2 can't remember which season though. It was the season where Lana stripped down to her undies and tried to get Clark go skinny dipping in the school swimming pool.

After seeing the season preimere trailer The main theme this year is {Destiny}, And if so hopefully by the end of the season.

Lex Luthor Journey to The Dark Side is finally compleate, His friendship with Clark over, and will leave smallville behind and go to live in Metropolis to Build his Empire (Lex Corp) .

Clark Kent will have accepted both his heritage & his Destiny, His Friendship with Lex will be over, And he will leave smallville and go out into The World to learn more about the world and find his place in the world as an Adult . To become SUPERMAN .

Lana Lang might leave smallville too and become a world-renowned fashion designer , Her relationship with Clark as Boyfriend & girlfriend will be over. But she will always have love for Clark.
