Infinity War Nitpicks/Unanswered questions. (SPOILERS)

Can we at least say Thanos is inconsistent. He supposedly destroyed all of Xandar to get the power stone. He clearly killed everyone on Knowhere before the Guardians got there. Yet he isn’t as brutal to humans?

And yeah the Heimdall scene was a bit of a copout. If he could teleport people without the BiFrost then why didn't he use that during Ragnarok?

I hope Valkyrie and Krog died on the ship. Didn't like those characters.

Did any of the MCU Movies ever get an extended cut? I doubt we'll ever get an additional scene, showing us what happened on Xandar, since they probably never worked on it. If we ever see what happened on Xandar, it will probably be in a Nova Movie, as a flashback.

Wonder how, the ship was destroyed and I'd imagine any escape pods were blown up trying to get away.

I was hoping Valkyrie was killed off to be honest.

He killed all the dwarfs but one so it doesn't seem Thanos always leaves half of every civilization alive.

Exception to the rule. They were the only ones that could create God Killer weapons. And just leaving 1 alive almost screwed up all his plans.

it's possible that he justified it as that they already lost their home and were refugees... that he saw it as a mercy killing

but, ya, for the most part Thanos was full of it/ an inconsistent throughout the film on who he killed and who he didn't... he tries to justify his actions believing himself to be the "good guy" but he's not... these are the actions of a mad man... and no matter how he tries to justify it he's still the villain at the end of the day, trying to make sense of his logic is just pointless

he was obviously just willing to kill anyone who got in his way (rather if it fit in his "balancing out the universe" BS or not

I assumed that Heimdall had to call up dark magic to teleport without the bi-frost which is why he only did it this time as a last ditch effort.

One thing that kinda bugged me, why did Heimdall send Hulk to earth and not Thor? Why would he use his last moments to save Hulk?

Thor said half of his people when he met the Guardians. The other half are alive.

Heimdal had to call in dark magic from the All Fathers to teleport Hulk as his dying wish. I very much doubt he could do it on a large scale for everyone. They made it sound like a big deal in The Avengers as well.

Not sure why he didn't do Thor. My guess is that he was being held by Maw which may have prevented him from being teleported.

We don’t know what happened on Xandar. He probably killed the Nova Corps but that doesn’t mean he wiped out the whole planet.

We don’t know what happened on Xandar. He probably killed the Nova Corps but that doesn’t mean he wiped out the whole planet.

^Yep. Same thing applies to Knowhere. No reason to assume everyone that was there is dead.

Anyone have an idea on who Cap was referring to when he told Ross earth just lost its best defender? Was he referring to Ironman?

He used it every time he fired his weapon. He used two hands to hold his rifle. Plus the camera wasnt on him the entire battle so who knows what else he may have done

He used it to hold Rocket Raccoon in that nice scene.

Huh? Are you sure you aren't just talking about Gamora's sword which was a completely different weapon? She uses the knife to stab Thanos in the chest on Knowhere, and it's still the same size it was when she was a child
