I disagree.

They should have left many more scenes.

Storm/Xavier conversation is one of them but they should left the Mall Scene, Moira arresting Stryke, Xavier telling Mystique that he needs her, and mentioning the Storm, Scott and Jean name cause it was clearly a reference to DOFP when Logan tells him to pay attention to those names. Magneto saying to Mystique that it's over. The complete fight between Beast and Mystique. Jean and Scott meeting extended. So many good things they kept out. Scott and Havok having more screen time together like brothers. Jesus, the editing for this movie was terrible, I'm thinking that the editing ruined the movie.

I would have left in the storm/xavier scene,and both cyclops/beast and Xavier/mystique at end

I feel like XM:A would have been much better. Things could have been much more fleshed out. It's a shame.

I actually think the hank and scott deleted scene was better not being in the movie because while it was nice to see abit more of the visor i still think it works better with the ending reveal with him turning around to reveal it rather them showing it early like that just so they can give abit of an explanation for its existance.

But that scene got spoiled in the trailers anyway. If they'd have kept a secret I'd agree with you. But before the movie release they spoiled that scene with lots of pics and even a small clip.

Such a shame for poor Lana Condor, she really put her all into this role and was excitedly promoting the movie... only for most of it to be cut.

Not really, if she was actually part of the action, then okay. Other than the small spark of powers, she was just that mutant that hang around Jean, Cyke and Kurt. Anyway I blame the writers for this. If she was gonna get a smalll role like this, they should save her for another movie.

I don't just mean for first time viewing though, i think even for repeated viewing its a better way to reveal the visor for the first time as i think showing it early could take something away from that ending with him turning around, full costume, visor, the music, the sentinels ect ect

He explained the "third one is always the worst" line. I think the commentary is a bit boring. Not necessarily self-congratulatory though.

I didn't just mean an edition that reinstated all her scenes. I meant a new cut that would be called the Jubilation Edition just as the Rogue Cut was the name of the DoFP alternative cut but it didn't just add Rogue back in, it included a whole load of other stuff.

I believe it's Erik singing to Nina, after she is killed, but I'm not sure it's included in the deleted scenes.

I ain't talking about first time reveals i just think showing the visor on screen with the comic costumes is better, thats all i am saying, while if you have it early on it waters down the impact of seeing the visor and costume together because you pretty much already seen the visor a minute or 2 before.

I just want an Extended/Ultimate cut. Whatever it's called. It could be called the 'Less Crappy Apocalypse Cut' for all I care. I just think they should do it.

But they should also stop leaving themselves in the position for fans to keep demanding it.

This means Fox should stop sidelining classic characters and ethnic minorities. This doesn't happen at Marvel Studios. You don't get people cast and then marginalised or removed from the movie. Whatever we might think of the tone of Disney/Marvel projects, they hardly ever waste their characters.

Jubilee is destined to go the way of Emma Frost, Banshee, Blink, etc. Is it any wonder these films get such a hard time from the fanboys?

I do think an extended cut would benefit the movie. As you can see in my signature I like it find just the way it is. But some of those deleted scenes are really good and should have been kept in.

Well, I gave it an 8, so clearly I don't hate it. But there are frustrating moments and the focus/emphasis and pacing seems a bit off.

Well singer did say whatever type of tag they had for deadpool 2 may end up on the dvd so there may be more stuff left for the dvd, maybe.

We did a tag that we really couldn't do -- which I can stick on the DVD. It would have been for Deadpool, and unfortunately it wouldn't have had the right costume for the character they're going to add to Deadpool [2]. I don't want to give that away.

Singer also said the Magneto heartbreak scene after his daughter is killed will be on the dvd, and it certainly wasn't in the digital copy deleted scenes

In the scene individually it is heartbreaking. As the collected experience, when you watch it in the movie, it felt to the audience like you were pushing for too much emotion, like going too far. And so I cut the scene, but to this day it's one of the most heartbreaking cuts and I owe Michael an email to explain why I made the cut, and it will be on the DVD.

Fox releases are never region-free, unfortunately.

Never really buy exclusives. Bought Thor 1 and Capt. America Best Buy blu-rays (with their 1st comic covers on the back of the slip case). So my wife pre-ordered the Blu-ray/DVD/HD digital Copy combo for me.
