No one. It's common sense. People generally are on the same wavelength of what constitutes as heavily spoiler-ish information.

and really do you want to have to click the spoiler tag on every post where someone mentions something spoilery in a thread. it kind of defeats the purpose of having a spoiler and non spoiler thread does it not?

Heh. Would you like some statistics as to how many times you click on a mouse every week, or every day, or even every hour? I promise you it would barely make a difference.

It's like going to a strip bar and demand they all wear bikini tops all the time when you could just go to the beach.

I don't know what your fascination with strip joints is about, but it really is not a valid comparison here. If we were dealing in absolutes you would maybe have a point. But to reiterate, not every spoiler holds the same amount of weight. It has been forum etiquette to spoiler tag certain things, even in a spoiler discussion. Go ahead and ask the mods if you wish.

Hmmm. No sadly I know nothing about that scene , but one of Bane's close henchmen is an older guy so it sounds probable.

No I don't really need a press release from WB, but I could go for a few, less snarky replies. I must not have caught the confirmations that you mentioned. When I read them they were mentioned by other posters in passing, and I didn't feel as if people were taking them concretely... My bad.

meh I think it's just an excuse for people who want to shirk personal responsibility for spoiling themselves. 99% of the complainers would click a spoiler tag anyway. want to discuss the film without restraints? this is the place. Want to keep away from spoilers? stay in the non spoiler section. it's why it's there.

There's different degrees of spoilers. Even though I'm hanging around here and another forum, knowing the exact ending of the movie would suck. Which is why I'm be disappearing from a lot of movie websites just before from all the press screenings start for a certainty.

Not all spoilers are of the same magnitude. It takes two mouse clicks to spoiler tag something, it's not a massive undertaking.

Common courtesy is all that's being asked. Most people don't mind casual spoiler material, but they would certainly be more hesitant of large plot reveals or the ending, for example.

Fact. It costs you nothing to use the blackout and spoiler tags, and you get the satisfaction of knowing you didn't ruin somebody's day.

Now I'm going to leave this thread because there seems to be a discussion happening here that I don't want to know about.
