Either Selina Kyle is just Selina Kyle in the movie, or she is Catwoman and is the being treated like a super super secret plot twist. They need to either crap or get off the toilet with the mixed messages (with Hathaway herself saying Catwoman) ever since the press release in January to the present official image--only Selina Kyle.

^ Maybe she adopts the identity of Catwoman fully at the end? I know a lot of people won't like that, but it sounds like her character has an entire arc (starting out as exotic dancer) and that just seems to be the logical conclusion for me.

If she does have the cowl in the end, wouldn't it be pointless already since people would've figured out her identity from her previous escapades where she's just wearing the goggles? Unless she puts the cowl for aesthetic purposes only and not to conceal her identity?

Honestly, as long as she has the ears in some capacity, whether it's a fully-fledged cowl or the goggles, I'll be satisfied. The rest of the suit is perfect, it's only lacking those two (relatively small) things.

I've also proposed this view, supposing this chase takes place towards the end of the movie. However, going off past films, the chase could take place directly in the middle.

I can't say that I'm too thrilled though with the idea of her identity being exposed. Same way that I don't like Batman's identity to be exposed to everyone. I'm fine with Bruce being suspected or for Gordon to know but not everyone.

My best friend is an IP lawyer and she would laugh at anyone who thought taking video of a film shoot on public property was "stealing."

Anyways, I expect we'll see what subaru is talking about when the December trailer hits.

Should he reveal his so-called top secret information? No. Should he be filming everything they film and spreading it throughout the internet? No.

Is it illegal? No, it's not. But it's definitely disrespectful to the people who have worked on the film.

Subaru himself spouted off to some dude about his watermark on photos and how taking the stills and reposting is copyright infringement. Ummm... no, it's definitely not. If he's so confident the videos/stills are his property, why did he freak out when someone posted his real name with his video? Scared of Warner Bros, perhaps? Guilty conscious because he knows what he's doing is wrong? That's what I thought.

Not really. Don't pat yourselves on the back just yet. People have been clamoring for this movie long before any leaked and yes stolen and incomplete internet footage of the film leaked online. It has more to do with TDK success than anything.

BTW "ninjas" originally on SHH was the term meant for people who work FOR Warner Brothers.

Since this is the last Batman movie in Nolanverse I have no problem with an exposed Selina Kyle. Infact I think it would be unique and kinda cool. Especially since knowing Nolan it would probably serve the plot in a great way.

Like Nolan said himself, these movies are not like the comics, they don't go on forever.

We saw the beginning and the end of Two-Face in The Dark Knight and that worked out great. Maybe we see the beginning and the end of Catwoman in this one?
