Managed to complete 'MTAYS' this week.... did about 90% on my own... had Bro do the rest...though that was only when i got pissed off at just not being able to do specific moments for the 10000th time

Yes, but I don't think any sites ever had it up for 40 bucks. Plus, MS saw the backlash ODST got & it was mainly because of that price tag.

I wouldn't be surprised if we get Halo 2 HD on it's 10 year anniversary... or, maybe just get it if this sells well.

I enjoy the Reach online but they really should have made this online Halo CE online. It's incredibly disappointing that its not and makes this game not worth purchasing.

If this had it's own online it would be a 60 dollar game... and then people would complain that it was too much and that they learned nothing from ODST.

It may be Reach online but we're getting the classic DLC maps for free... which is an added bonus. I'm not going to buy this because of the online... I'll buy it because.. A.) It's Halo. B.) It has achievements. C.) Online co-op and D.) Classic map pack for free.

Meh, I don't care. There are better maps than Blood Gulch..

Two of the C.E. Maps officialy mentioned(more are clearly visible in the trailer, like Hang'em High) are Damnation & Beaver Creek. Both better than getting Blood Gulch.

Hang 'em High was only good in the original game because there was fall damage. Now there's zero risk/reward for going out on the catwalks.

The single player is going to be fun and the graphical change on the fly is really impressive and that will be a lot of fun to do but come on not doing the Halo ce multiplayer. I understand the cost concerns and I'm happy that its only 40 bucks but the reason ODST was dumb was because we were paying 60 dollars for a 5 hour campaign and 3 new Halo 3 maps which was the only way to get those maps at that time. This would have the Halo 1 maps and the classic Halo CE multiplayer which would be the first time ever we could play it on Live. That would be a huge selling point for a lot of people. I don't know I'm complaining I'm going to buy it because I love the campaign and switching to between new and old is going to be addicting.

I fully agree that if it had it's own multiplayer it would be better... However I understand why they're not.

They want to sell this for cheap, adding in it's own MP would push the price up and that wouldn't make people happy. They would start saying it was ODST all over again.

They don't want Halo games "competing" against each other. Everyone complains about a new CoD every year... I can understand them not wanting to have fans do that.
