It would make sense if it was Hydra as Loki's Friends. So is the traitor his friend or just a pawn in his game?

Not sure yet, but Loki's insistance that he had "absolutely nothing" to do with outing Banner to the press and that the traitor was solely responsible suggests that the traitor probably doesn't know that Loki even exists, even though he's indirectly working for him.

I take it you guys know about Art of Comics, right? Hitch often posts his uncolored, unlettered pages there well before the book comes out. Nothing from #9 yet aside from the cover but it's worth taking a peek every now and then to see if he's posted anything new.

Someone posted a "confirmed list" on another thread, a Diamond list thread I believe.
