Guys no joke, I went to the C2E2 (Chicago Comics Entertainment Expo) and ran into Joe Quesda - I have this tendency of just intererupting quasi-celebreties in middle of the show (just walking around) and saying hi.

I asked him straight out - "WHAT'S GOING ON WITH SPIDER-MAN REBOOT?? WHY DON't THEY SIGN LOGAN LERMAN ALREADY??? He's THE FAN FAVORITE???"

And he basically gave me "I DON'T KNOW" shrugging....

He was probably thinking ..."Who the hell is this bum?" But I had to ask - could care less about the next Spider-Man event or X-Men crossover.

What about Kirk Cameron? I think with his new found faith in Christianity he'd be solid for the role, preaching to teach each other right and spread the good word while fighting bad guys... He'd be an elderly mature Spider-Man with a dignity, respect and maturity required for what Sony's after

the movie comes out may 4 2012, so you have to assume the movie has to be in the can at least a movie in advance april 2012. that gives them exactly 2 years to hire the entire staff, complete pre production, principle shooting, pick ups, post production and music...

and they haven't even cast the main lead yet...

this movie is going to be so rushed.

Captain America comes out next year and they only just cast Evans a couplke weeks ago. So, I really doubt this new spidey flick will be rushed.
