Well i think it was your reasons for not liking Redemption that prompted that response. The fact that you said it was too slow, boring, would lead one to believe that you have a short attention span and need flashing lights and colors at all times to keep you interested. The huge draw for Redemption is inhabiting this life like world that we havent really seen a lot of in this medium. The game isnt about getting from point A to B, but everything thats in between. Be it from riding your horse into that classic western town, to stopping a rape attempt outside of the local saloon to dueling in the streets with some would be gunslinger to playing high stakes poker in Blackwater. All of that combines to make up the title. The game isnt just about non stop action, like most open world titles, its the sum of it's parts that make it so phenomenal. So when you feel its too slow, that leads one to assume you want that fast paced, non stop action that so many game now a days feature.
The customers that come in to my store saying they didnt like this game, tend to be of the 'CoD' mindset. I havent heard too many complaints outside of the fact that the game was as you stated, slow.
