Haha I cant think of any. As i said earlier, prob my fav moment in the entire series is either the return to the Ishimura in DS2 or the moment you are floting towards the Roanake for the first time in DS3. Such amazing moments.

This game is a goddamn struggle. Continued to play with my friend again. We did the Edward's Stash quest. First major problem, his stash wouldn't open. It would always say waiting for 2nd player, but no matter what we did, the stash simply wouldn't open. Then my game disconnected, and when I was presented with the option to either quit and save, or continue playing on my own, I chose the latter. The game sent me back to my last save. Which happened 1 1/2 hours ago. Apparently the game didn't autosave the whole time at all. And I was back at the part with the regenerating Necromorphs hunting us. All my progress is gone too. All the new items, upgrades, new weapons, all gone.

That sucks. Never had that issue on the 360. I just recently played through the game too.

Nothing puts me off a game more than losing a save. It's strange. I replay games multiple times. So I don't mind replaying sections. But losing a save and having to redo a chunk that I just worked my way through is just frustrating and I have to put the game on the shelf for a few days or weeks. Since the advent of autosave it's a rare occurrence, but I've had some glitches screw up some of my saves and I swear it's enough to make me want to throw my controller into a brick wall. I hate it for ya, man. :(

Turns out even quit and saving wouldn't have done much. My friend saved, and all it did was to save his entire inventory. We both restarted at the same checkpoint. Apparently that's an issue with Chapter 5, and something EA never bothered to fix.

I remember reading something about the saving mechanism in Dead Space 3 being crazy as a **** house rat. Sounds like EA has pretty much wiped their hands of Dead Space 3.

Here is what I want to know. Is there any type of logical explanation for the beginning of Awakened?

Seriously, how the hell did Isaac and Norton survive? I hated the explanation of, "aliens, hahahaha!" It sort of ticked me off that so many questions were left unanswered.

the last son, I think at some point we will. Just not anytime soon. Visceral and EA still see value in the property I think. I think they are just focusing on other properties and then hopefully they will get back to Dead Space and revamp it for the new-gen consoles.

You think we ever getting DS4

Yea, like VileOne said, I think we will, but Visceral is off doing other things. They're working on finishing up the next Battlefield game and they're also working on a Star Wars project that Amy Henning is heading up. But just recently Steve Papoutsis claimed how there is still a desire by the people within Visceral and EA to go back to the series. I think its just a matter of time.
