If we HAVE to have a prequel, let it be about Selene. It doesn't exatly HAVE to have Kate in it, but it'd be cool to see how she came from a scared little girl who turns into a vampire and then becomes a cold hard ***** (she was a cold hard ***** until like, half-way through the first film, then she became more and more human)

Well, Lucien has been by far the most interesting character in these movies so far IMO. A prequel based around him, maybe recruitng/freeing the lycans to fight the war, would be interesting.

Yes, it has been comfirmed that there doing a prequel, that will revolve around Lucian, that comes straight from Len Wiseman's mouth.

Plus Kate confirmed she want play in the film either. (Not much atleast.)

I would say their working on the plot synopsis, working out scene after scene at the moment.

There is a lot of material that can still be developed around her--how she will interact with her children by Michael, and how she and Michael might even end the war between the vampires and werewolves, or even a crossover story where she meets other superheroes.
