Sons of Anarchy - Part 3

I really hope the SOA Prequel series Sutter's thinking about eventually comes to fruition…

I'd love to see the beginnings of JT, Gemma, Clay, etc.

Isn't that homeless woman supposed to be Jesus or an angel? In Christianity bread and wine are a representation of the body of Christ that was broken and the blood of Christ that was spilled for the world. Christ gave his apostles bread and wine which represented Him and His sacrifice for the world that He loved. The bread and wine could have been a representation of Jax's sacrifice to save his boys.

I think she could represent the angel of death or God. But you're spot on with jax sacrificing himself for his families.

Looking at the finale, I'm kind of sad Wendy was left so oblivious to everything going on in the end. It makes sense, considering her role in things, and that they only had so much running time, but still.

Glad thats finally over. Geez, what a mess of a season. That last scene there was the funniest thing I've seen in a long time.

I'm not going any where. Also, I loved the part where Jax dressed up as a Sith Lord on of the courthouse steps in order to kill Marks.

One thing I was momentarily confused by was the mayhem vote. Last week had left me thinking that all the charters would vote (with Jax assuring a yes from SAMCRO, leaving his life truly in the hands of the club) and then the presidents would meet again to have an overall decision.

Which is why I was expecting the episode to play out with Jax acting as if it was his last day only for the vote to be that he is allowed to live. "Uh, I just openly murdered Robocop and Black Jason Statham, because I expected you guys to vote for mayhem. Now I've got to go on the run, thanks."

But like Breaking Bad, the fitting end is better than a forced twist.

But if she was a stand in for JT, why the bread and wine? That suggests something supernatural, yes, but more than just a simple ghost.

Um, I don't see why it can't be all those things including a stand in for JT. Remember Sutter left that character open for interpretation. :cwink:

He looked awesome there!

The beginning of the song is quite sad. When it started in the episode I got that feeling in my stomach, realizing that the journey was coming to an end.

Its been two days and i still have that empty feeling inside. Damn you Kurt Sutter!

yeah, I'm STILL feeling the effects of the end of the show... MUCH moreso than I felt when the Shield ended... and I gotta admit, I teared up a bit when the MC voted Mr. Mayhem on Jax and when Jax headed for the truck...

Well he would've been on the run anyway. Unser and Gemmas bodies were bound to be discovered.

Did anybody watch Anarchy Afterword? Kurt Sutter did a shot with the cast and the end even though he's supposedly been sober for years... Hopefully it wasn't alcohol.

He said several times throughout they were drinking.

"Sons of Anarchy Star..."

He was in two episodes. How loosely do these people use the word 'star'?

There was an article about a "Walking Dead star" sending people anthrax or something... Turns out she played a background zombie and Glen Mazara didn't recall her in the slightest.

Dat clickbait.
