The Amazing Spider-Man Spider-Man Reboot Costume - Part 2

^^ I agree to an extent, tbh. Spidey being p[art of the Avengers is fun and all, but I always like him solo. Now he's part of the Fantastic Four? That's kind of pushing it, IMO. I guess only time will tell.

that's a silly staement to make considering we don't know for sure whether or not there will be sillyness or dancing in this reboot. and if u ask me the suit in this reboot is far more redicuous than the gripes ppl have with SM3.
which btw, is a pretty decent film..despite what ppl fool themselves into thinking
:P

Um, Sam Raimi has nothing to do with this film so I don't think we're getting any of the same silliness or akward dancing scenes.

And Spider-Man 3 isn't any good.

If he's the one saying it, and it's something that's subject to opinion, it should go without saying that it's in his opinion. He didn't literally say "It's a fact that SM3 is a bad film" or "you're stupid if you think otherwise" or anything like that, so I don't think it's fair to say he's trying to state it as fact.

But yeah, I agree, SM3 was bad, and I find it pretty ridiculous to say that a few relatively minor costume changes are worse than the huge, fundamental problems that that movie had.

I mean its not that out of the question as he was almost "part" of the Fantastic Four way early in. In the first issue he even thinks about joining them and there's that what if scenario comic in where he did join them.

As well as Spider-Man and The Fantastic Four but it was sort of meh. IMO

Yeah it doesn't really work. Like at all.

Don't know why they are retreading this nonsense. The costumes are just, I don't even know where to begin.

So they've killed the Human Torch and included Spider-Man to boost FF comic sales. Got it.

Geesh. The costumes are kind of neat but it looks like they're all from the planet Krypton.

so johnny dies and they decide to change costumes?

and add Spidey to the team as if its no big deal that Johnny died.

Wow.

If you read the article, it says that they're not going to be the Fantastic Four anymore, and that Spidey isn't the only one joining this new team of theirs. The logos on those concept costumes also kind of show the connection between Ben, Reed, and Sue, and only have 3 cells, so that kind of represents how nobody's "replacing" Johnny.

Well if nobody's replacing Johnny, Spidey's ass doesn't even need to be there. :o

...again...new team...lots of people joining... Spidey's a logical choice...

...anyway, this isn't even on topic, so let's drop it before another Brit stumbles on this topic and gets something ruined for 'em, deal?

He was repsonding to spida-man's comment by dying "and Spider-Man 3 isn't any good", while spida-man thought it was (and I thought it was awesome as well.) So, it really does sound like he's stating it as fact.

How is him saying that SM3 is bad in response to spida-man any worse than spida-man saying that SM3 is good, "despite what ppl fool themselves into thinking?" That sounds just as matter-of-fact, but in reality, both are opinions, and neither should have to explicitly say it.

I like Spidey as a member of the Fantastic Four (actually the Future Foundation now), because it makes sense. They have a long history dating back to ASM #1. Spidey has been friends with the Torch since the beginning and Peter has become close to the FF over the years, almost like family.

wait what? Johnny's dead? Spidey's joining a new team wtf?

Yeah, part of the '3' story in the Fantastic Four, it just ended a few weeks ago and Johnny died saving the kids and a depowered Ben in the Negative Zone. Fantastic Four ends this month giving way for FF #1 next month.

Ah I see. Cot damn Marvel are bent on f***ing up their comics.

It's actually really good stuff, dude. It's the best the FF's been since Mark Waid's run about 7 years ago. :word:

Add another costume to Spidey's wardrobe.

See? Spider-man has many variations on his suit. It would be funny if 2021's Spider-man reboot did this suit but in classic colors.

And that one goes into the pile of crappy costumes as well.
