Cheap is the last thing it is.

The blue is understandable, I don't get the blue fingers, but they don't look as bad as they do in the spy photos.

I played around with the levels to brighten the image. Link for huge.

No doubt about it, those soles are part of the suit. So tired of people claiming they're just there to protect the feet of the stunt men.

I think certain photos had coloring issues due to lighting. So yes, the coloring is better.

I still do not like the design, however.

The suit defenitely looks better here, as I said. It is still growing on me. Raimi's is still the best, IMO, but this suit is really good overall.

Yeah, I'm defenitely worried about that. I really hope it's not true, but I'm going to put it in the back of my mind for now.

I'm sorry but hiding an awful design in a shadow doesn't make it better. A good suit should look good in any light.

God, the lighting really does help.

Sony is making some smart decisions.

-They release the first picture, people love it.
-Spy photos leak, people hate it.
-New photo for damage control, people love it.

Some official set pictures and a trailer should clear up any thoughts.

it looks like the material thins out around the finger tips...i may be wrong...but that stuff just looks like itll help with his powers

Yeah, my point exactly. Just wanted to finally silence people who keep claiming the suit will have details removed/changed in the final film. This is the suit. The spy pics didn't lie.

Right. I'm totally overreacting. It was especially necessary to bold "huge" in your post too.

The silver things I think are to make the feet match the gloves (metal=web shooters), the little things on the fingers would NOT make him stick to walls. I think they are either

1) To activate web shooters (those target things DONT activate it, his middle fingers dont have it so that they can activate)
2) So that the hairs on his fingers can slip through the gloves and let him stick (quite the opposite of what people are thinking)
