Upon first viewing I most certainly did NOT like the Spidey suit for TAS. It has grown on me though and I'm starting to not hate it. LOL.
I'm not sure who posted this before me but I agree that if the suit design is the only real flaw in the movie then it really won't make a difference because it can easily be overlooked. I don't care for the Batman suit from TDK but that movie was good so I never really thought about how the suit looked during the film. Bale's voice...LOL, that's another story.
This image is always good for a laugh, same goes for every image of a smiling Batman, especially if it's cause he laughs on a fail of a foe of hisGuess.

Many many humans act hammy, what's the problem with hammy acting?©KAW;21864685 said:CBM is ran and occupied by robotics monkeys, I meant polls with humans. Iron Man beating The Dark Knight with hammy ass performances by Downey and especially Paltrow, please. You were better off saying X-Men 2, which is better than both SM2/IM.

Oh yes. If the movie's really good, the suit alone is not going to ruin it. Nobody has suggested otherwise. Not me at least.
But this thread is about the suit and I have no problems with the suit being different than the comics, but at least it could have kept the essential, and that includes proper spider-webs and no silver skeakers.
I want to like the X movies that much, but I just can't.
I am looking forward to X-men first class part II.
I'll check it out. FC is definitely the best out of the bunch. I just find the entire franchise to be a poor film translation of the universe.
I see, that's interestingyes but more detailed. for instance they gave a breakdown of exactly how spider-man's webshooters worked (with detailed schematics), or IM armour or thor's hammer. great read. DC's version (who's who) was RUBBISH in comparison.
I see, that's interesting
I agree but it's difficult to translate the X-men on film. There are so many characters and so much history it's quite hard to fit such detail into approx 2 hours of movie. So far X:FC has done it the best but honestly, each character should have their own movie. Gambit would be hellaciously awesome.
Yeah I understand it's tough to pick and choose from so much. My problem is how little time was spent dealing with the civil rights issues and persecution of mutants. The potential for something more than a series of action movies is hard for me to ignore and forgive.
Redesigned.
But more closer to the original black suit design than the S-M 3 one was.
Nothing too drastic.
I think they'd flatten the texture a little of the normal suit and have the legs of the symbol arched outwards so it's like the wrap around symbol. Similar to the drawing I posted a few weeks ago.
The front symbol is already pretty big as it is. Wouldn't be too hard to tweak into a black suit symbol.
