Yep. You presented your opinions as fact ('the lighting is terrible' and even made vast assumptions about 'if they had taken time' when you know nothing of how much time was taken).

Yes, you are being subjective. More specifically, you are one of a number of unfamiliar members who just happened to stray in here this evening, open your rectum and deliver a pile of poop on this forum, so don't try to pull the wool over our eyes.

As I said, i like some of the posters, but not everything about them, and I can see they were obviously aiming for a certain style and presentation. That seems more objective than the rant which followed your sudden appearance in this forum.

I just can't see how anyone can hate these. For both X1 and 2 we got 2 pretty lame teaser posters. They were just plain old Xs. X3s poster got alot more creative, and everyone hates them.

For X2, we had those individual character stills that were so overly airbrushed that everyone looked like barbie dolls. Not to mention that they were such a light blue for such a dark film.

These are a huge improvement. The characters poses/expressions set a tone for this film. Plus, the splashes of color pay tribute to its comic origin. They're all much darker, and I like it.

And as Electrix pointed out, each character has their own tone. Which I LOVE, as the pictures are tailored to each character's personality.

I'm actually getting worried about that Colossus in prosthetics pic. It's spreading too much, I saw it one a few sites now, it's just gonna fuel more negativity because people don't realise it's not actually a Colossus in progress, so to speak. A person on Chud actually said Colossus looks really bad and it's the eyes that are throwing him! It's so annoying!

well. when it all comes down to it. everyone has their own opinion. that doesnt mean we have to like the people who hate the posters, now do we have to listen to them. all we can do is go to the movies and enjoy one hell of a x-ride and watch the continuing stories of the characters we love.

Yeah, I eventually noticed that. I initially couldn't tell because of all the darkness beneath him. But what's that peach-colored area beneath his right wing? It looks like a leg. But I guess it's just vapor.

He's definitely flying, though. I know I'm correct about that--he's soaring.

I still don't understand the musical comments.. Yes, they have similar colors to the Rent posters, but thats just one set of posters that just happen to be for a musical. I never thought the Rent posters looked anything like that of a musical.
