They really set the tone for this movie: more sophisticated, more dramatic.
I don't know what else people expect. If they looked cartoon-y superhero-ish, it would just be laughable.
Again: this is actually a movie going to be a movie, so it's got to be a tad bit more, uh, realistic than the cartoons. Some of you are still stuck in the 80's.

I really like the way these look and am liking the approach they took to them. I am sure we are in for a great ride with these posters!
