It's just my opinion, dude, you don't need to agree with me.

I'm just asking about your opinion. I'm curious as to what strikes you as sophisticated. They look more like "Take a stand... strike a pose!" to me. If they're taking a stand, why are only half of them actually standing?

now as we know they would put secret meanings in all the picture yes........ so let me point this out!!!!!

all the characters have that smoke behind them, but angel has flown above it and wolverine doesn't have the smoke he has a solid cement wall.... could all this have a secret meaning?

LOL. Good point! Wolverine and Storm's should say "take a lean". Angel's should say "take a flight". They should all be standing up straight as if they were about to enter into battle.

I like the posters and all but I have to admit that the posters look a bit like don't do drugs posters.
Angel- Crazed dgrugy that is so high that he actually thinks thst he has wings and that he is flying.
Rogue- Depressed teen that has no friends because she took drugs.
Wolverine- Homeless drugy on the street.
Storm- Woman who is very high on drugs leaning against the wall in pain and hallucinating.
Phoenix- Same as Storm only she isn't leaning against the wall in pain but is instead spinning around in circles.
Beast- Sad man that took drugs and turned into some kind of Beast and he is with many other crazy drugys on the street.
Sorry I just had to say that.

At this point they are considered "teaser" posters specifically for Wondercon and some street marketing.

We will get more one sheets (lots more) possibly by late March, early April.

These posters are pretty cool! I think they should have lighted the Beast one a little different (blue and pink? ). The Angel poster is my favorite. I can't wait to see him fly on the big screen!

How do are they 'clearly' airbrushed/photoshopped?

Each of these posters has been retouched via airbrushing or photoshop manipulation (what posters aren't these days?).

It's not as though Famke Janssen is actually standing outside in front of a perfectly lit, golden brown cloud with her dress perfectly and symetrically blown open, while maintaining perfect lighting not only on her body, but on the background as well.

Nor was Halle Berry in a yellow room in which the lighting conveniently stopped at her legs, appropriately encompassing all the right parts of her body . . .

Each person has been airbrushed or "painted" over in post (they almost look like paintings . . . Angel for instance). The lighting is too exact, and the skin is insanely flawless on each person. Even they don't look that good (i.e. their original untouched cast photos on the official website).

There are too many examples to list them all . . .
