The Amazing Spider-Man TASM Easter eggs, foreshadowing, and other references!

Holy, that's a great one!

Anyways I remember when little Peter was playing hide-n-seek, the broom behind the curtains had a hat similar to the one the Man In The Shadow has. What could it be?
Idk why, but i think that sounds real, and i've found this particular one on the **************.com which contains,an article about TASM references and Easter eggs.

In Peter's bedroom during the scene near the end where he's listening to Uncle Ben's voicemail message a picture of Dr Connors in the after-credits scene is hanging on his wall above his computer. I **** you not. Troy_Parker pointed this out to me.

REALLY?
I'll have a look and see.

I watched the clip again and paused it a few seconds afterwards and I think they are just yellow pants. Wow, it looked legit the first time I paused it. Ah well.
Looks like yellow pants to me too. But who just has yellow pants? Especially that large..

Angle your head so that the cloud is under the moon. Does it look like Mysterio to you?

idk if this is something or not... but, there seems to be a un-naurally bring blue light coming from under that building(tho, oddly no one in the scene is reacting to it)...

... I know its a bit of a stretch, an I normally wouldn't think anything of it, but, combine that with the knowledge that there's an easter egg in the scene, with the fact that electro is the next villain, and there might just be something to it

does anyone have a clearer hi-def shot of this scene (can really make much out in this picture)

Ha wow that does look like Mysterio

It really does actually.
Yet im sure that bright light was anything dangerous Spidey would go to help.

Definitely. The worldbuilding in TAS was awesome. It had really subtle details in the props and sets that made it feel like a tangible, contemporary New York, with Spidey elements, but believable. It's a great example of show and don't tell. I definitely felt like I knew Peter better in this iteration just by the small things (he likes the movie Rear Window which was the classic Hitchcock flick with the main character as a photographer, he had the physicist Richard Feynman as his wallpaper on his desktop, he was reading the Origin of Species on his desk). You knew about his interests and aptitude WITHOUT beating us over the head with durrrr Peter's a nerd because he talks sciencey and wears glasses. It's smart character building.
Exactly right, and the Albert Einstein poster and quote. It all instantly conveyed Peter's mindset. I give this aspect of the movie a lot of respect.

I checked on the blu ray, looks like it's from a concert or a play.

Yeah. After I posted that Troy sent me a message saying he photoshopped the screenshot he sent me. Here's what he sent me:

Couldn't have said it better myself!

Unfortunately there are people who need everything fed to them in words to see things :/

I actually think ASM is one of the coolest films when it comes to SMART details.

There's a rhino in Oscorp's Tree of Life.. I believe there's a bird too. A wasp/fly kinda bug, and a spider.

And the part when Spidey throws Gwen out of the window, and then catching her with his webbing. One day he'll learn it doesn't work all the time

I was dead set against JK Simmonds returning in this reboot but I've been watching the James Bond movies (sweet blu ray box set) and Judi Dench (M) is in Pierce Brosnan movies and then when the James Bond franchise was reboot with Daniel Craig, Judy Dench returns as M. If they can do it and it not confuse the hech out of the general audience why can ASM 2 do it with JJJ

Wait..

Electro
Rhino..
Possible Shocker reference....

ZOMG GUYS DEYRE BUILDING THE SINISTER SIX!

hahaha joking, but it wouldn't be the Hype without ridiculous overreaction.
