Could that person behind Bruce and Fox be Selina? The shirt Bale is wearing is similar to the shirt he was wearing when he talked with Selina at the apple/kid/Selina/thug scene. Maybe that's after he came back from prison and Selina is helping him find his allies (Fox included).
