Hope so too. We've got a very physical adversary in Bane so I hope to see some impressive hand to hand combat and for the editing of the fights to not be so chopped up.

Another new featurette. I don't think this one has been posted yet, "Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy".

I remember when Webb was announced, my biggest concern was the action elements. Yeah, not so much anymore.

Also I think some people are taking the iconic imagery for granted. Many other directors would've ignored the comics completely.

This man knows his stuff :spidey::up:
Haha. Thanks. I've made it one of my life's goals to read the entire run of Amazing Spider-Man, and I started pursuing that goal last fall. I'm in the middle of the 220's right now.

I just noticed that the "car jacker" sequence has a missing shot of cgi on the webbing right when Spidey puts his hands up. Interesting.

I'm late on my reaction, but I loved how Uncle Ben gave an exact line from Ultimate Spider-Man to Peter.

Watching the carjacker clip by far my favorite part is him talking to the crook as he is trying to escape through the window. I couldn't stop laughing at how much of a smart ass he is

I liked that, after show shot web at the guys face, his cut to a close up of spidey and he tilts his head slightly, nodding like 'I've got you now.'

Then like a predator, lunges at the guy.
All because he thinks he's bens killer

This scene had lots going on. It was funny, brutal and emotional.

I can't wait to see the lead up to it :D

Haha! I LOVED that little part too! It's like spidey sitting there calmly knowing that there's no chance in hell that he'll ever get away from him, so why not have some fun with the poor bastard:woot:

When the thief climbs out the window like a total dweep, I love the line from Andrew "Yeah, that's it. Right out the window. Good move there". Looooooooool.:woot:

The thing about such imagery, is if it looks bad on film, that doesn't change just because it is "iconic".

Are you seriously saying that you think it looks bad??? Cause than, my friend, you just gave me the biggest laugh of the week.
