Green Goblin as the only villain. Have Eddie Brock in there too, setting up Venom for the third.

I really don't want any villains rehashed for the second film.I would really like Mysterio or Electro in ASM2 with Norman in a supporting villain role, just not yet the goblin. This can lead to ASM3 which would be the Death of Gwen Stacy story. If Electro is in the next film I would love for them to really play up his self esteem issues.

If they ever intend on killing Gwen, I hope they're creative. I don't want to go to the theater knowing she'll die at the bridge. I want to be surprised when I watch a movie.

You know, even though Mysterio and Electro don't really get much love, I think they could hold up as stand-alone villains in a movie. I wouldn't mind seeing this either.

TSSM used it perfectly, of course with Tinkerer as well. I think those two could work the best in a "cinematic" view with framing Spidey and what not. Plus...those two can be real threats, such as this:

part 4: Venom as the major baddie,with minor villain at the beginning like Shocker

You mean what Sony originally wanted? Because Sam Raimi originally wanted no Venom, no Eddie Brock and no symbiote.

Hell, if we got Sony's intake during the entire series, Spider-Man 2 would have had Lizard and Black Cat, the first film still having Green Goblin and Doc Ock would have made no appearance.

IMO, the only way they do that, they would have to film some of the movies back2back.

A movie leading up to Sinister Six would be pretty sick, if done correctly. Such a shame how Venom got butchered in SM3.

Venom's injustice in SM3 is one reason why some people wants him to be in the new franchise. I'm actually not opposed to seeing him again.

Uh, yah....it should never be what the studio wants. The director has their own vision and Sony is the reason Spider-Man 3 wasn't solely the director's vision.

The Osborn/Green Goblin stuff has been done to death in the original trilogy. It was the main story arc and I'm sick of them. I hope neither Osborns or Goblins show up in this trilogy.

One movie with GG means "done to death".

Harry on a flying snowboard doesn't count as a Green GG. He didn't even try to do a voice, and he only wore his very un-goblinlike mask for about three seconds.
