If they see it he won't be invited to the next press screening. That's the big stick Marvel has. Leak or defy the embargo and they'll revoke your press credentials to Marvel events and screenings - probably all Disney as well.

Damn, this guy is taking a huge risk! With game reviews, CoD in particular, I've heard stories of reviewers losing access after negative reviews which is terrible. Breaking an embargo though, the fault is all with the reviewer of course.

So maybe the first time after Iron Man that I am going into a Marvel movie so fresh, all I have watched are the three trailers, no clips, not even TV spots

He thinks too much happens too quickly for its own good and he came out with an overdose of film. Too busy. That criticism, wheter one agrees with it or not, will come forth many more times. He also tought Ultron was too human.
