Well this the mark 1 of The Flash, hopefully given time he'll upgrade his suit to look more like his comic book counterpart.

I think it looks alright. I think I like the 90s TV suit more, but it's not horrible, which I guess is better than nothing.

People seem to be giving their thoughts on this costume here, so I'll add mine:

The helmet/cowl is great. Not complaints about that. Very sleek and remarkably unsilly given it's source.

The overall color is alright, but a brighter red and white in the symbol would have improved it somewhat. But I can see what they'd go darker in live action.

The fabric is good on the arms and midsection, but the pants could have been a bit less leathery.

The belt is bad. The "flash" designs are subtle and well-placed. Boots are good.

Does it look a bit like Daredevil? Yes. But who cares. The costumes have always been similar.

Overall, pretty decent for TV.

Nope. They're horrendous and horrendously low budget. Look like fast food mascots.

So was the yellow less logo on George Clooney's Bat-Suit before the WB put it on there for the OnStar commercials

Great. More reasoning for why your opinion is better than everyone else's. And because of you this thread is going to be endless back and forth b*tching of the costume that doesn't actually go anywhere rather than discussing the possibilities of the show. Thanks.

Yeah, I'm sorry I don't want to hold hands and sing kumbaya with everyone that's worshipping this suit and say how great it is for pages on end and instead would rather flesh out why I'm unhappy with it for those who consider it an irrational view to hold.

For an ultra low budget version, maybe. I could sew one that's closer to the comics out of a sweat suit but no way would I want that in live action. We can have quality AND it look like how it's supposed to look and also have it be contemporary.

I take back my initial remarks on the costume from earlier. In broad daylight, at a regular angle it looks more than fine to me. That released pic looked goofy as hell for some reason. These set pictures do it far greater justice. Ok... I'm feeling it now.

I'd also prefer having a more comic accurate costume, but we got what we got, for better or for worse
