If they wanted a teaser with green lantern, they could just include part of one scene, followed by some quick shots of other characters and a voice over. They could put that together with a week of filming.

But TDK had a 2 month head start on filming over TDKR. No way they'll have a teaser by next month.

What??

No it didn't... it had like two weeks.

The Dark Knight started shooting the last two weeks of April '07.

Which was only done for the prologue and to test the IMAX cameras.

Yeah... I don't think a teaser will be released with GL. It's been explained why here, but also, you could use more material that's already been filmed for a teaser after two months versus one month.

I was half expecting it was fake.... Hence the warnings.... LOL

So fake it's kind of hilarious. :lmao:

Has anyone brought up the relationship of "Fire Rises" to "A Tale of Two Cities"? Apparently it's the title of a chapter in the book. Honestly, I've never read "A Tale of Two Cities" before, but when I googled "fire rises", it was the first item I got.

The chapter: http://www.classicreader.com/book/54/29/

It talks about a "ruined country" and other terrible things. If it is in fact related, could it be a reference to a No Man's Land storyline, or something like it?

Most likely a weird coincidence, but could be more.

Not sure if it means anything but Jeff Sneider of Variety retweeted CBM's story about the TDKR teaser trailer appearing with Harry Potter. We all know CBM is trash but I found it interesting that someone from Variety will retweet that info.

Sounds intriguing, and credible. Like something the Brothers Nolan would go for...I kinda picture the scene where Batman's standing on the rubble of the blown-up hospital when I picture this mentally, where Gotham has reached a level of desolate wasteland. This could make sense of why he went for completely different cities than Chicago to shoot in, because it's supposed to look like a Metropolitan completely leveled and in shambles.

Problem is, these reputable sites are also providing wrong information. Didn't EW report that JGL would play Alberto Falcone?

The fact that there could be someone who actually thinks that Catwoman shot is real makes me go :funny: :funny: :funny:

Hmmm...
Deacon Blackfire?
Who was that poster who acted as Blackfire's PR a few months ago (at least, that's what it felt like)?

Actually, it was Variety. EW debunked it. So yeah it's possible that the Variety guy is wrong again.

Harry from AICN could be an absolute mentally challenged ginger sometimes.
