Hahha, nice :D But this guy is just funny, and when You'll see him, he ruins the scene.

But guy in trailer just annoy me. ; )

I do hope this movie doesn't boil down to some banal class war/Oliver Twist type of sentiment. Anne Hathaway's dialogue seems to hint at it. She has yet to grow on me; she has some poor dialogue to deliver in the trailer, but she delivers it with such a surfeit of sincerity that it seems even sillier, to me.
Why the hell are people expecting Shakespeare quality when we've never had it before? Anne's acting ability can be debated but there was NOTHING greatly wrong with her dialogue in the trailer. It's perfectly up to the level of the majority of Dark Knight's script and completely up to par with most Hollywood movies. These are Summer action films (really good ones with a lot of drama) and the dialogue works perfectly.

I don't think Nolan's pushing an agenda, and I don't think Catwoman's political views and motives will be portrayed in such a way as to inspire people to feel the same way. I'm not even sure that her outlook at the time of the masquerade ball will be the same as her outlook by the end of the movie, anyway.

Can someone help me out here, I can't make out who it is being dragged from underneath what I think is a table or cupboard.

Seems like it's a no name, from all the high quality descriptions. Probably someone rich though.

At first I thought it was Alfred, but upon a few more viewings it appears not.

I just watched the much much MUCH better bootleg of the trailer. What happens right after Bane says his line to Bruce? Then it's the talia scene, and then... Is that "The BAT" flying down from off a building? At 1:34 on the verson I'm watching...

Lol, has anyone noticed in the shot of Bane standing as the inmates come out of the prison the guy on the right with the dreadlocks bobbing his head around as the chant builds up?.. :hehe:

Looks like Bruce, without the cowl on. Not sure though.

I sense that you are right and I certainly hope so. After The Joker's commentary on the fragility of the social order I heard Selina espousing mere social envy and thought is that it?

I'm sure this has already been touched upon, but has any word come out as to when the trailer is going to be released online? I'm just anxious to get it, so I can download it and watch it over and over and over on my big TV. :yay:

I thought it might have been Alfred too. I hope Alfred doesn't get hurt.

The old dude when bruce says "what does it mean?" I thoughtit might have been alfred too. I looks like Alfred with longer unkept hair and facial hair...is that possible?

That's Tom Conti

So who got to enjoy the trailer in the theater last night?

I did :D
I was nervous I wouldn't because I have bad luck when it comes to seeing trailers in theaters and they played it last. But my god it was so worth the wait.

However, the tone of it makes me feel that this will be an extremely bleak movie, which is fine by me, but might drive away a lot of the audience, especially the younger demographic.

Why on earth are you looking for depth in a trailer? It's highly unlikely what she says in the trailer is complete, let alone bearing the context of the scene which we have barely any idea of.

Stopped by the IMAX theater here in Raleigh and got my tix for M:I4 for tomorrow night. Was going anyway, and I'm super excited since the movie's getting stellar reviews, particularly for IMAX footage. But, man, this trailer is going to be some sweet icing on that cake!

I don't think he meant that in terms of expecting more out of the trailer. I think it meant that a simple case of envy over class and money seems trite compared to Joker's overall commentary on human nature and anarchy.

Considering income inequality is the very motive that drives Libertarian ideology in today's society, I don't see how one is more trivial than the other.

Scifiwolf, the Raleigh IMAX isn't one that is showing the prologue correct? I live in Wilmington and it would be worth the drive if it is showing the prologue and not just the trailer.

No, the Raleigh IMAX is not showing the Prologue. Had they not switched to digital this January, they probably would've gotten it.

Either way, all digital IMAX's showing Mission 4 will get the trailer....

Well more than likely I would say Alfred will be killed in this one by Bane. Seems Bane is taking out/hurting everyone Bruce is linked to and if Bane is indeed in the batcave, he probably has Alfred killed or seriously injured in front of Bruce.
