I don't think Spider-man using webs is an Easter EggAnd this movie has a liiiiittle resemblance with Raimi's second movie. As in the Raimi's movie Spidey has a big moment with holding strong things. In Raimi's one there was train scene with lot of webs stopping train. And in Webb's he's holding electric cables with webs...
I don't think Spider-man using webs is an Easter Egg![]()
Marc Webb's said he's a fan of Charlie Chaplin, there's a Charlie Chaplin visual homage. It's in one of the featurette's, is it in the film? It's where Spidey is standing in the crowd of costumed people on the street and he walks into the street casually and grabs a police squad car and flies along with it. It's an exact replication of this one shot from one of the little Tramp films.
It's not really an easter egg but could be a nod to the Ultimate Spider-Man game as there are one or two times when Spidey is actually climbing up his web as he's swinging as you can do in the USM game. I don't recall Spidey ever doing that in previous films but it looked great and I love how they just added that extra bit of detail.
As demonstrated in this video:

You only see the "Chameleon" mask for like literally a second, right? The montage doesn't even showcase around it like the other tech.
I wouldn't be surprised if they used Chameleon in the next one, honestly. I didn't get a Mysterio vibe at all from the "mask" at the end credits.
LOL. I think we all know the answer to that.Which version of Chameleno would you like to see?
Classic masks version or 90s show "Magic" belt version?
Don't you think that the mask may be the reference to GG with Norman Osbourne for ex.?
Did you guys read the article on SHH? Shazam app w/ the X-Men scene?
Thanks for posting. If I remember correctly, they not only show GG's glider, but his suit as well. Here are the images from the end credits as posted on SHH:
