The FFINO ZONE - Part 3

This is very much in Stan Lee style. He's not going to publicly bash a film before it comes out, but the guy knows crap when he sees it.

Remember that old Spider-man TV show? At the time it came out, I remember a magazine article where Stan talked about how he was very excited for it, and that finally fans would get a chance to see a live action Spider-man.

Fast forward 20 years, and in the mid to late 1990's Stan appeared on the old Dennis Miller show, when a Spider-man movie was still in development hell. Dennis asked Stan when they were ever going to make the movie. He then said as a passing joke, "well there's always the old TV show", to which Stan replied, "Don't watch that. That show was terrible! That show had none of the elements of what made Spider-man great."

All this to say that Stan's not going to bash a film before it comes out.

Exec Producer credits are equivalent to "Hush Money"

Oh, I thought you meant his style was taking too much credit for other people's work. :o

Stan Lee was also super excited about the Dolph Lundgren Punisher and straight to video Captain America. He did actually have a gripe that the Punisher didn't have a skull on his chest, but was partially comforted by the skulls on the handles of his knives.

Its funny. For years I bemoaned the lack of chest emblem as visually, Dolph was perfect apart from that and it wasnt until recently that I found out they couldnt use the skull [on the chest] due to a copyright/licensing issue. Always thought it was some ****ed up stylistic decision to leave it off.

At the time, Lee claimed the filmmakers said the skull made him look too comic booky.

I have sat here and thought about this movie for awhile. Maybe because I didn't have to pay money to see it, but overall I do think it was good. I think I liked all the characters more this time than in the last movie, except Doom. I think the opposite of most that there wasn't a second act, I think there was a lack of a third act.

Although this is not really anything related, I just wanted to leave this article here because it is relevant to Trank's moobs and Liefeld Cap's "pecs":

Men Get Double Mastectomies, Too

Now let us take you back to those halcyon days of yore--- Aug 7, 2015 when FFINO was in it's first full day of failure and the Fox finger pointing and recriminations and "I told you so's"---were just beginning to fly.
When every true fan was both exhausted and vindicated and the blind, bankrupt, blustering, blathering, booster brigade bade adieu to their fantasies and slowly, sadly, shamfully, slinked off into the sunset.
That was but a single phase of the moon ago and now, we few, we happy few, have renewed hope of a mythic but possibly real MCU Phase 4 that might, just might include the FF and Sub-Mariner and the Inhumans.
May we live to see it, while they cling to delusions of Extended and restored ultimate trank cuts and sequels that will never exist.

Well Fox has two movies in theaters both at 8% on RT. Is Agent 47 as much of a box office flop as FFINO?

Hitman is at 7% now. Really hope the double flop hurt Fox bad.

Really hope there's an email hack to cripple them

He's diplomatic about it by saying that perhaps it's because he didn't have a cameo, but he probably realises it's complete crap.

I honestly don't recommend him seeing that crappy @ss mockery. It would take years off my life so I know it wouldn't be good for him.

Well it does say 7 years later after when they're kids, because that's how long it feels like you've been watching it. I don't think Stan Lee can wait around during a movie for that long.

Lol hes says give it a 200 million dollar budget. Fox would be insane to do that lol.

It's not even worth joking about because its that stupid.

Do it. I want to see that. Give him $300 million. Just let him go nuts. Also he needs to play every one of the four.

"Ha Ha Ha. What a story, Ben!'

"I did not hit her. I. DID. NOOOOOOT. Oh hi Johnny!"
