Glad The Flash will introduce the Multiverse. I think the difference between Flash and DC Legends will be that Flash will visit multiple timelines while the DC Legends will be in one timeline thus going back and forth between past and future.

If we are to have the multiverse, does this mean we will see past live-action incarnations of the DCU like Adam West Batman, Lynda Carter Wonder Woman, Smallville Green Arrow, etc.?

As far as West Batman and Carter WW, they would have to get WBs approval to use them which may be tricky since they don't want Bats/Supes/WW anywhere on the small screen.
